ArtsATL is presenting the second annual Luminary Awards. For the Joan P. Garner Outstanding Service to the Arts Award, ArtsATL, in partnership with Fulton County Arts and Culture, will honor Virginia Hepner and Myrna Anderson-Fuller, two women who have served as devoted arts administrators. Hepner with her unparalleled fundraising accomplishments for the Woodruff Arts Center and Anderson-Fuller for her incredible dedication and accomplishments at the Hammonds House Museum.
